What time do you open?
The store opens and the team are available: Monday to Wednesday - 8.30am to 5.30pm, Thursday - 8.30am to 6.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
Can anyone purchase from Hair & Beauty Hub?
The hair & Beauty Hub operates exclusively as a trade only wholesaler, so we do not sell directly to the general public.
As all sales are to trade professionals, you need to be qualified (or in training) within the hair, beauty or barber industry in order to set up an account and make a purchase.
How do I set up a trade account so that I can purchase professional supplies?
As part of your application for a trade account, we will require written or visual proof of your qualification as well as some form of photo ID. This can be done in store, via email or online.
I don’t like shopping online, how else can I purchase from Hair & Beauty Hub?
If you don't like shopping online, don't worry. You can place an order through our dedicated in store team on 01354 652221. You can also purchase products in store during our opening hours.
Do the prices on the website include VAT?
All prices shown on the website are excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be added to the subtotal of your order at checkout.

What if I forget my password?

Why am I being charged for delivery when my order is over £50?
To qualify for free delivery, your order subtotal must exceed £50, excluding VAT and any promotional offers.
Can I change my order?
The picking, packing, and processing of your order with us is fast. This usually means we are unable to make any amendments to your order, including changing delivery address, removing, or adding any items to your order. When is the next VAT free day?
We will publish our VAT free events via email, our social media pages, and website. Please make sure you follow our social media pages and subscribe to our mailer for all the latest information.
It’s VAT free - why does VAT still show at the checkout?
To comply with the law we must still charge and show VAT. VAT is still applied to the order at the current rate but the discount is equivalent to not paying VAT. For example, if you order an item costing £100 excluding VAT, the total you would normally pay is £120 including VAT. When we run a VAT free promotion, we discount the price of the item to £83.33 excluding VAT. Then, when we add VAT the total you pay is £100 including VAT. Which would be the original price Excluding VAT.
It’s VAT free and my order is over £50, why don't I qualify for free delivery?
To qualify for free delivery during our VAT free events, your order subtotal must be over £60. The VAT free discount is deducted from the subtotal of your order, this price excludes VAT. If your order subtotal is £50 this total will then be discounted to £41.67 which consequently disqualifies you from free delivery.
How do I use an offer code?
If you have an offer code, simply enter the code into the voucher code box on the checkout page and this will automatically be applied.
Why is my discount not working at checkout?
There may be a few reasons why your discount is not working. Promotions exclude existing discounted products and clearance items.
What delivery methods do you offer?

My order is due for delivery today what time will it be delivered?
If we hold up to date details you should receive a text message or email from the courier with your estimated delivery slot and tracking information. If you experience any issues, please contact our customer support team on 01354 652221 or email sales@hairandbeautyhub.co.uk
My order did not arrive the next day, what should I do?

I need my order for tomorrow. Do you offer next day delivery?
We offer a next day delivery service on orders received before 2pm Monday to Thursday only. Orders received before 2pm on Friday will be despatched for Monday delivery unless an upgraded Saturday delivery charge has been applied and paid. This excludes large items of equipment or furniture, or for items that are special order or non-stock items.
What happens if an item I order is out of stock?
If an item you order is out of stock or goes out of stock after ordering, the item will be placed on a 'to follow' order and will be despatched as soon as we receive the item back in stock.

Are there any pre-requisites to be aware of before I book on to a Hub Academy course?
For some courses there are no pre-requisites other than an interest in the subject, these are ideal for anyone starting out. Other courses are more advanced, and we explain the level of experience and qualifications you will need to enrol.
